To make a reservation in our company are the following ways:
Electronics, means of our website, E-Mail and telephone.
Reservations are only valid for the selected category and not for any particular model.
For reservations via our website or E-Mail, will also receive a confirmation throughout an E-Mail within 24 hours.

Insurance and Guarantees
Full Insurance with 0.00 Euro excess on all the cars, included is insurance to relieve you from damage to tires, car’s under body, glass and mirrors.
Invalid of insurance
The customer is liable for the following damages:
Loss or damage to keys, spare keys, carjack, gas cap, damage to the seat cushion, extreme dirt in or out of the car under body damage, damage due to negligence, fuel disturbances caused by defective or incorrect fuel (example diesel car to put unleaded gasoline or vice versa), damage to the Child and baby seats, lack of electricity because of forgotten turned on electrical devices, items that were stolen from the car or damaged in an accident.
4Rent Thessaloniki is in no way obliged to exchange a car if you have a defective tire, damage to the radio or cigarette lighter (but we can help you with our 24H service, all of our cars are equipped with a first-rate or repair kit).
4rent Thessaloniki not liable for damages or accidents that the driver was found driving in unconsciousness or by the influence of alcohol, and/or drugs etc. The same for damage or accidents which were arbitrarily provoked by the customer or outside the Street. In such cases shall be solely liable to the customer. The driver must never leave the scene of an accident. In case of damage or accident, the driver must call our company so that the accident care (insurance company) and the traffic police (100) can be attended immediately.
Similarly, it has to wait for the arrival of the police so that they can create an accident report, a copy of which shall be lodged at return of the vehicle.
If you omit the car rental and call the police and do not meet the requirements of state law, the insurance does not cover damage and the renter shall be liable for the entire cost of damage emerging.
The police report should also state whether one of the drivers involved has been impaired by alcohol and / or drugs.
Even in the case of other damage to the rented vehicle, our car rental PROMPTLY should be informed, otherwise there will be costs
Under no circumstances does the insurance cover damages due to malicious treatment of the car, due to driving on unauthorized roads, due to violation of the Road Traffic Regulations, due to intoxication and the influence of drugs and other substances.
With damage to the parked car, you have to inform us before the car is moved.
Customer must notify in case of theft of the car rental immediately and leave the car keys and the police report as soon as possible there.
In general, the customer is obliged to report any type of vehicle damage to the car hire IMMEDIATELY reported.
If this is not done, the customer is liable for all costs incurred. Administrative fines resulting from disregard of traffic regulations damage the sole responsibility of the tenant and are NOT covered by the insurance. All rental cars will be insured for the maximum number of passengers. In the event of damage, it is your responsibility to report the damage directly to us at the location where it was caused, otherwise, there will be a charge for the damage. If damage occurs to the vehicle, regardless of who is at fault, a one-time fee of €25.00 will be charged for handling the case. If further damages happen to the same contract, these are not covered by the full insurance, and the renter is fully responsible, including payment of the security deposit/deductible. The first damage is covered by the full insurance without deductibles without any additional charges to the renter. It is considered as “first damage” only if the renter is at fault or the culprit is not found. If the renter is not at fault, it shall not be considered as first damage. In the event of a second or subsequent damage, the renter still has insurance coverage, and all included coverages remain in effect. However, collision damage to the rental vehicle and any related repair costs are not covered. If the renter is at fault, or if the responsible party cannot be identified, collision repairs are charged to the renter, up to the amount of the security deposit that has arisen. A refundable security deposit is required, which depends on the vehicle category. Whether caused by the renter or an unknown third party, if a replacement vehicle is needed or the same vehicle continues to be used, the renter must pay or give written confirmation to activate the deductible, which corresponds to the category of the vehicle. The replacement vehicle will be collected from our main office. Alternatively, with prior arrangement, delivery to another location is possible with an extra transport fee. If these terms are not accepted, the rental ends automatically, and no claims can be made against the company.
In any case of vehicle replacement that is not due to a technical fault, malfunction, or other issue with the vehicle, all transportation costs and related charges, including VAT, shall be borne exclusively by the renter.
Otherwise, free replacement is available only at our office in Thessaloniki.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. In the event of a violation of this policy, a minimum charge of €150 will apply to cover cleaning costs plus repair any damage caused by smoking.
Furthermore, it is not liable for damages or accidents that occur due to disturbances of the driver’s consciousness caused by alcohol, medication or / and drugs. The same applies to damages or accidents caused arbitrarily by the customer on-road or off-road. In such cases, the customer is exclusively responsible.
The police report must also state whether one of the drivers involved was under the influence of alcohol or / and drugs.
Fines and damage caused by disregard of the traffic regulations are to be borne solely by the tenant and are NOT covered by the insurance. If a fine is not paid directly by the customer, we will charge a processing fee of +20% in addition to the amount of the fine. Regarding the matter of removing plates from the customer's vehicle or loading it with a crane, this procedure is associated with specific costs of €150.00, if we undertake the execution of the procedure. The fine, crane and storage are NOT included. 4rent Thessaloniki has installed GPS devices in its vehicles. The system is activated to locate the vehicle in cases of theft or embezzlement, or when the vehicle is not returned on time and communication with the renter is not possible. The application provides data for:• Vehicle check (Smart Check-in): Evaluation of use and details such as kilometers traveled and fuel level.• Information on the vehicle's maintenance status.• Management of incidents with significant damage to the vehicle.• Asset catalog: Precise location and recording of the company's vehicles for management and reporting. This technology is also used to ensure compliance with Road Traffic Regulations and to check if the driver is an authorized person according to the rental agreement. In case of violation of the rental terms or legislation, the insurance coverage provided by the company ceases to apply. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest in protecting the property and safe operation of the company's vehicles.
Car Replacement
The replacement after injury or accident negotiates within 24 hours.
During the season, from approximately first June to first September, we provide our company the time change to 48 hours.

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. In the event of a violation of this policy, a minimum charge of €150 will apply to cover cleaning costs plus repair any damage caused by smoking.

4rent Thessaloniki has installed GPS devices in its vehicles. Driver's age
The minimum age of the driver must be 23 years (for all the rental categories) in any case. She/He should have a driving license for at least two Years. The oldest a driver can be is 72 years. There is also an Option for those who are between the ages 21-22 or over 72 years of age, which will insurance them and will cost €5.00 per rental day. The upper age for each category is 80 years.
Driver's license / ID card
Driving licenses, EU, United States of America (USA), Australia, Canada and Russia are allowed, all other longer periods require an international driving license to rent a vehicle. The vehicle renter is responsible for bringing valid IDs with them. If documents are missing or duplicates are missing, there is no rental obligation on our part and no reimbursement of payments already made.
Extra Charges
- Child Seat 10.00 EUR / booking (without days calculation)
- Mobile Internet 40.00 EUR / booking (without daily calculation)
- Snow chains / snow socks. The fee is only charged when used and amounts to 29.00 euros. (without daily calculation)
Vehicle delivery and return outside regular opening hours (included in the online price):
For vehicle pickups between 21:45 and 01:30, a fee of €19.00 applies.
For vehicle pickups between 01:45 and 06:45, a fee of €35.00 applies.
Every return outside regular hours (21:45 to 06:45) is subject to a €13.00 fee.
Extras
In the event that any additional service (e.g. Wi-Fi) malfunctions or is not provided as agreed, the provider's sole obligation is to refund only the amount corresponding to that specific service/feature.
Transport by boat and abroad
The transport by ferry only allowed after consultation with our company.
Crossing the borders is strictly prohibited, regardless of participation in the Schengen Zone. In case the fleet management system detects a violation of this condition, a one-time charge of €200 + VAT will be applied. Furthermore, in such a case, the vehicle will not be covered by comprehensive insurance, theft insurance, or any other insurance coverage. All insurance terms will be void, and the renter will bear full responsibility for any damage or loss incurred.
Fuel
Return as received: The vehicle is delivered to the customer with a certain fuel level and must be returned the same.
Full-Empty Fuel Tank: With the "FE" (Full-Empty) option, we deliver the vehicle with a full fuel tank and upon return you return it empty. Prices per Category are A, B 79,00€ | C, D 89,00€ | E, STW 109,00€ | L, M 139,00€. (If you do not select this option, the "return as received" policy applies, which means that your car must be returned with the same amount of fuel as when you received it).
Cancellations/Changes
With the Premium option (€1.00 per day): Free booking modification (price adjustment ± price difference according to the current price list; applies only to changes in rental dates or rental category). Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up.
Without the Premium option (€1.00 per day): Free booking modification (price adjustment ± price difference according to the current price list; applies only to changes in rental dates or rental category). In case of cancellation, the payment will not be refunded.
If you cancel 48 hours before the start of the rental, 50% of the total amount will be retained.
Cancellations, changes, or early returns during the rental period are possible only upon agreement with our office and subject to availability; no refund will be issued. You may contact us by phone or email, depending on availability. If this is not possible, the vehicle must be returned to our main offices (or the agreed return location) on the agreed date and at the agreed time; otherwise, additional charges will apply.
No-Show
If you are unable to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time, please inform us in advance; otherwise, the reservation will be canceled after 3 hours (after your flight has landed).
No refund or credit applies for a reservation that was not completed due to no-show or lack of a driving license.
What happens if our flight is delayed?
We use our own Flightradar system and can see exactly when you land. In case of a delay, we will of course wait for you at no extra charge, unless the arrival is after 23:00. In that case, only the standard after-hours fee applies.
Delivery – Pick-up
If you have selected pick-up – drop-off of your vehicle at the Airport, at Thessaloniki Airport (SKG), depending on your flight arrival time, the 4rent team will be waiting for you at Parking No. 5. Our free “shuttle-bus” will pick you up from there and transfer you to our nearby office (1.8 km from Thessaloniki Airport). Vehicle pick-up takes place at our 4rent Thessaloniki office (if you wish to find the address on Google Maps).
All other locations are calculated based on the distance from our headquarters.
In case the pick-up location differs from the drop-off location, a minimum charge of €50.00 applies (valid for pick-ups & drop-offs outside the prefecture). After the return of the vehicle, we are not responsible for any forgotten or lost items.
Force majeure
Our company shall not be held liable for the failure to pick up or deliver the vehicle, nor for its cancellation or theft, if such incidents arise from force majeure events (such as war, terrorist acts, epidemics/viruses, natural disasters, strikes, etc.).In such situations, the premium package is also canceled, no compensation or refund shall be provided, regardless of whether it concerns a deposit or a prepayment. Furthermore, the company assumes no further obligation or liability towards the customer for any loss or damage resulting from these events.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Denmark, Greece, Estonia, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic, Finland, Croatia, United States of America, Canada*, Australia, United Kingdom, Gibraltar, Switzerland, Serbia, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Israel (details must be written in Latin characters), Ukraine, Russia (details must be written in Latin characters), Turkey (details must be written in Latin characters), United Arab Emirates (details must be written in Latin characters).
*If the national driving license of Canada is in French, it must be accompanied by an official state document translated into English or Greek and certified by a competent authority.
For all other countries, an International Driving Permit (IDP) is strictly required.

Conditions:
